Founded in 1953, the Intercollegiate Studies Institute (ISI) is a nonprofit organization that educates for liberty, equipping future leaders to embrace and defend the principles and virtues that make America good, free, and prosperous.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a growing media production/social media team and head up Studio 53, a media studio built in 2024 at ISI’s headquarters. ISI’s campus also features a newly-dedicated event hall and is located on a historic 20-acre preserve in Wilmington, Delaware’s Brandywine Valley, just 2 hours north of Washington, D.C.

Prior ISI speakers include J.D. Vance, Tucker Carlson, Michael Knowles, Vivek Ramaswamy, Brian Kilmeade, Patrick Deneen, Auron Macintyre, Saagar Enjeti, and more.

The Producer/Digital Content Director is also responsible for developing and managing ISI’s social media/content marketing strategy across platforms such as YouTube, Twitter/X, and Facebook to promote ISI’s brand and drive digital engagement.

In this role, the Director will need to work closely with the Director of Marketing—and across other departments—to ensure that digital content helps drive conversions and integrates with the organization’s broader communications strategy.

A strong candidate will share ISI’s mission to identify, educate, and launch conservative leaders for America who are committed to ordered liberty, cultural renewal, national security, technological innovation, economic prosperity, and public virtue.
