Job Description

Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.
Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Business Central.
Develop and integrate workflows, plug-ins, and customizations using Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 applications.
Assist in data migration, integration, and reporting using SQL, Power BI, and Azure services.
Collaborate with end-users to provide training and documentation.
Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.

Qualifications

Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP).
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service.
Experience with customization, configuration, workflows, and business process automation.
Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure, and integration with third-party applications.
Experience in Dynamics 365 SDK, C#, JavaScript, and API development.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
