Sales Bizlab  We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Communications Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and ensuring effective internal and external communication. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that align with our mission and goals, while engaging various stakeholders including employees, partners, and the community.

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication strategies that promote the organization's mission and values.
• Write, edit, and distribute engaging content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
• Manage media relations and cultivate relationships with journalists and influencers to secure coverage.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling messages that align with organizational objectives.
• Plan and coordinate events and initiatives that enhance community engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a corporate or non-profit environment.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with media relations practices and experience securing press coverage.
