James & James is currently accepting applications for Woodshop Assistant in our Springdale, AR shop. This is an assistant position to support operations.

We are looking to welcome self-motivated, responsible, and hard-working individuals to our operations team who can work independently and find solutions to complete the job. General responsibilities and requirements include, but are not limited to the following:

· Responsible for loading and unloading build pieces and moving them safely from one department to another.

· Efficiently and safely disposes of off-fall for each build sub-department.

· Assists with unloading deliveries from vendors.

· Operate equipment when necessary for safe and efficient completion of assigned duties. This includes but is not limited to; licensed to operate a forklift, pallet jack, etc.

· Communicates and interacts with vendors, and co-workers professionally and productively ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.

· Create and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

· Be able to safely and repeatedly lift 50lbs and up to 120lbs with a partner.

· Have good attendance and a positive attitude.

· Perform other duties as requested or needed to support the team environment.

Full-time schedule of Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
