Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a strong electrical background to oversee daily operations in our warehouse located in Naples, FL. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and activities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Oversee inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and support electrical equipment and systems used in warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Train and mentor warehouse employees, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• experience working with electrical components, systems, or equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, inventory, and warehouse management.
• Skills in supervision, forklift operation, and shipping and receiving.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and inventory control.

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The warehouse uses various electrical equipment and systems, and adherence to safety regulations is paramount. Employees are expected to dress appropriately for a warehouse setting.

The pay range for this position is $66000.00 - $66000.00/yr.
