Associate Creative Director, Social Media

Department: Creative | Reports to: Creative Director | Location: Denver, CO or West Palm Beach, FL | Range: $80,000$110,000

About The Role

Were looking for an Associate Creative Director, Social Media to help lead culturally attuned, bold, and strategically grounded creative work across platforms. This role balances big?picture thinking with day?to?day execution, blending storytelling, platform fluency, and production know?how to shape work that moves audiences and drives measurable impact. Youll partner closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and account teams to create social?first campaigns that are thoughtful as well as scroll?stopping. As a creative leader, youll guide and mentor a talented team, inspiring them to push ideas further, execute with excellence, and uphold Loudrs standard of quality and care.

Key Functions


Vision & Innovation


  • Partner with the Creative Director to define and uphold the creative vision across all social?first campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform innovations to inspire fresh, relevant ideas.
  • Share social and digital insights across teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, thought leadership, and creative learning.


Concept & Strategy
  • Lead concepting and development of creative ideas that are native to each platform (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond).
  • Ground all ideas in strategy, transforming insights and data into creative narratives that resonate.
  • Confidently present creative rationale and concepts to internal teams and clients.


Execution & Quality Control
  • Oversee creative execution from concept through delivery, ensuring work meets Loudrs standards for excellence and integrity.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and visual identity, maintaining cohesion across every touchpoint.
  • Act as the final checkpoint for creative quality and consistency.


Project Management & Collaboration
  • Collaborate cross?functionally with account, strategy, and production teams to manage timelines, budgets, and expectations.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions that keep projects and people on track.


Talent Development & Mentorship
  • Direct and mentor designers, copywriters, and content creators to elevate creative thinking and craft.
  • Empower the social media team to experiment, iterate, and lead innovation across digital channels.
  • Foster a creative environment rooted in care, collaboration, and accountability where great ideas grow and team members thrive.


Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative role within an agency or brand environment (social?first experience required).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and strategic thinking across multiple social platforms (luxury experience a plus).
  • Deep understanding of social strategy, paid/organic formats, and content performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or motion tools (After Effects, CapCut, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
