Job Description

Abatix is seeking a Warehouse Lead!  The ideal candidate has experience with forklifts and is comfortable with driving a box truck. The team member’s attitude and professionalism will guarantee a positive customer experience.

• Lead the team in shipping, receiving, storing, and delivery processes
• Serves as primary point of contact for customers in the warehouse
• Resolve discrepancies regarding shipments, receipts, and all other transactions
• Pick and pack orders
• Accurately receive and count stock items and record data into computer system
• Safely operate material handling equipment
• Perform cycle counts
• Assist customers with loading merchandise
• Make local deliveries in a box truck or van

Skills/Qualifications:  

• 5+ years warehouse experience preferred 
• Must be able to complete forklift training and maintain certification in compliance with company policy
• Exhibit leadership skills, motivation, dependability, punctuality, and organization skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
• Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
