Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Peachtree Corners, GA

Job Summary:
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment? JTS Health Partners is seeking a highly motivated and independent Office Administrator to join their growing team. In this newly developed role, you will play a vital part in supporting office operations and contributing to a strong, positive company culture within the corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations to ensure a smoothly functioning environment, including various clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Provide executive support for members of the leadership team.
  • Oversee daily office operations for enhanced efficiency and organization.
  • Manage maintenance efforts and budget for the office, collaborating with vendors and property management.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Improve communication with onsite and remote teams, offering collaborative support.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to offices and meeting rooms.
  • Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for management and key employees.
  • Track, replenish, and order office and kitchen supplies to prevent disruptions in operations.
  • Handle daily mail and shipping of packages.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Support Human Resources:
  • Assist with employee onboarding activities.
  • Contribute to culture-keeping initiatives, including preparing recognitions for employees and generating engaging program ideas.
  • Track and ensure timely delivery of work anniversary note cards and birthday gifts.
  • Provide administrative support related to benefits administration.
Required Skills:
  • Keen organizational skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and technical proficiency to foster collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for interactions with internal teams and vendors.
  • A collaborative attitude and proactive approach to support tasks.
Preferred Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous office administration experience or related roles preferred.
