We're Hiring: Visualization Coordinator

Location: Fort Washington, PA (Hybrid)

Join a creative and collaborative team working on high-impact visual projects across a growing organization. We’re seeking a Visualization Coordinator to manage and coordinate 3D exterior renderings that support marketing efforts across various platforms. This is a hybrid or remote opportunity – if remote, you must reside in the Eastern Time Zone.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate 3D exterior rendering projects with third-party vendors
• Manage project timelines, feedback loops, and budgets
• Perform detailed quality reviews of renderings using architectural plans and internal checklists
• Maintain and update internal tracking systems and documentation
• Collaborate across departments to ensure brand alignment and quality standards
• Support efficiency by improving production processes

🎓 Qualifications:

• Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Preferred:
• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Visualization, Art, or Interior Design
• 3+ years of related experience

💡 This role involves one in-office day (Wednesdays) if working hybrid. Occasional additional office days may be requested with ample notice.
