Job Title: Unarmed Security Guard Location: Southwestern Power Administration Headquarters, 6655 S. Lewis Avenue, Tulsa, OK Minimum Qualifications Must possess an active Oklahoma CLEET Unarmed Security Guard license. Completion of Phases I and II CLEET training and associated examinations. U.S. citizen, minimum 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred. Physically fit and able to perform prolonged standing, patrols, and emergency response duties. CPR and AED certified (or willingness to obtain prior to assignment). Key Responsibilities Perform unarmed, uniformed guard duties including access control, roving patrols, and surveillance. Operate the Genetec Physical Access Control System (PACS) and other monitoring systems. Control visitor access, issue badges, verify identification, and escort guests when required. Monitor alarms, fire panels, and building systems; promptly report anomalies. Maintain detailed daily activity logs and incident reports.
