MARS Solutions Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Job Description & Requirements Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start Date: 06/30/2025)
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
Schedule: Every third weekend; 36 orientation hours; 2 pre-approved time-off requests allowed
Specialty: Labor and Delivery (L&D)
Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery will be responsible for managing patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages while ensuring high-quality care in accordance with AWHONN guidelines.
Job Duties:• Minimum 2 years of recent L&D RN experience
• BLS and NRP required; AWHONN Intermediate/Advanced, FHM preferred
• Experience with Cerner charting preferred
• Proficiency in labor management, fetal monitoring, postpartum care, and neonatal support
• Must be comfortable assisting with C-sections and triage of obstetric patients
• No travel experience required
• Floating: Yes – rarely, as sitter only
• On-call: Yes – only when low-censused, no additional call requirements
• Orientation: 36 hours
• Work Hours Policy: Follows 3x12 schedule with every third weekend coverage
