What You'll Do:
* Lead by example, working closely with your team to deliver innovative project solutions.
* Mentor and guide staff through every phase of transportation planning and traffic signal design.
* Prepare and review technical memorandums, studies, and reports to support key decisions.
* Develop comprehensive signal design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
* Participate in client meetings and confidently deliver public presentations.
What You Bring:
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to keep projects running smoothly.
* A self-starter mentality, with the ability to take ownership of individual tasks and deliverables.
* An eye for detail, ensuring every component of the project is of the highest quality.
* Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D will set you up for success!

What You'll Need:

* PE licensure is required (PTOE is a plus!).
* 7+ years of experience in transportation and traffic design.
* A strong understanding and familiarity with DOT design manuals, standards, and procedures.
