Test Engineer - TalentZok

• 5–10 Years of Test Engineering Experience in Electronics or PCB Testing
• Strong experience with Test System Development & Software Integration, C# / Visual Studio experience is required, LabVIEW is a plus
• Electronics industry ideal

FULL DESCRIPTION :  The Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products by designing and implementing functional test stations and executing test plans and strategies. This role requires a combination of technical skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication.

The selected candidate will be responsible for: 

• Analyze product designs and functional specifications to develop comprehensive test plans.
• Design and document test software for automated station development.
• Perform manual and automated testing for new and existing products.
• Conduct functional tests in conformance with customer test parameters and requirements.
• Develop diagnostic scripts for troubleshooting of test failures.
• Record and document test results in electronic format.
• Identify, document, and track test defects using issue tracking systems.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve identified issues.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance specialists, to ensure alignment on quality goals.
• Provide feedback on product performance and reliability.
• Generate test reports, including test coverage, defect metrics, and overall product quality assessments

The selected candidate will also possess: 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of test engineering experience.
• Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related role.
• Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C-Sharp/Visual Studio, CAD, etc.).
• Mechanical design of fixtures
• Analysis of design to make recommendations for test.
• Familiarity with on-board programming platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.

Salary Range: Up to $120k/yr
