About the Role
We work with small business owners and high-net-worth individuals, offering year-round tax planning that goes beyond just filing returns. Our services include tax advisory in areas like:

Optimizing business structures and compensation
Real estate tax strategies (including depreciation, 1031 exchanges, etc.)
Retirement planning strategies
And much more to help clients save big on taxes!

You're passionate about helping clients save money on taxes.
You have a strong understanding of the tax code, especially for business entities.
You thrive in leading client discussions and enjoy strategizing tax planning year-round.
You love tackling complex tax scenarios and uncovering hidden tax-saving opportunities.
You're excited about mentoring and want to help build a fantastic tax team.
Qualifications
3+ years of public accounting experience
At least 1 year of team management experience
CPA, EA, or LLM/JD in tax
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships virtually
A passion for finding tax-saving opportunities for clients
