The QTI Group in partnership with O&H Danish Bakery in Racine, WI is recruiting for an experienced food industry professional to join the team as Supply Chain Manager .

In this critical leadership role, you will have an opportunity to utilize your previous experience in a food production facility to bring process, procedures and recommendations for inventory management programs and tools to a growing organization that is embracing technology and innovation for future success.

• Leadership of ERP Implementation within assigned Operational Areas

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, Business Administration, or related field, MBA preferred
• 8+ years’ experience proven experience in supply chain management roles in the food production industry
• Excellent critical thinking and project management skills with the ability to solve business problems through fact finding, business process mapping, and data analysis
• Working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and their use in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of supply chain, vendor management, materials, and inventory management
• Broad knowledge of purchasing functions concepts including supplier processes and practices
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and in an organized manner, with strong customer service focus
• Solid understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends, with the ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills to complex challenges
