Are you an experienced tax professional looking for an opportunity to grow in a collaborative and supportive environment? We are seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join our team and contribute to providing top-notch tax services to our diverse client base. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a balance between in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

### What You'll Do
- Prepare and conduct initial reviews of individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit tax returns.
- Prepare trusts, estate, and gift tax returns; knowledge of estate and trust taxation is a plus.
- Handle more complex tax returns, including consolidations and returns with multi-state and international components.
- Assist with year-end tax planning, quarterly estimates, and projections for high-net-worth individuals.
- Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities, gathering necessary documentation for audits and compliance matters.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to interns and staff, fostering an environment of learning and professional development.
- Conduct research on various tax issues and assist in training on key tax topics.
- Manage project deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables for clients and leadership.
- Stay up to date on local, state, and federal tax regulations to ensure compliance and provide strategic tax solutions.

### What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in public accounting or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting.
- Certification: CPA certification required.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with tax and accounting software such as QuickBooks, CCH ProSystem Engagement, CCH Axcess Tax, CCH Axcess Document, and CCH Axcess Workstream is a plus.
