Special Education Aide, Spec Needs for Walsh Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year

• Job Description and Current Compensation Plan are attached.
• This position is in the Pay Grade 3 category.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Certification: 

• Minimum of 48 college hours required.
• Valid Texas educational aide certificate (the District will assist the employee in obtaining this certificate).

Special Knowledge/Skills: 

• Ability to work with children with disabilities.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. 
• Ability to communicate effectively. 
• Knowledge of general office equipment.

Experience:  

• Experience working with children preferred.
