Senior RF Hardware Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced RF Hardware Engineer to play a key role in the design and development of printed circuit boards for high-performance integrated solutions. The position will focus on creating advanced RF systems for a variety of applications, including commercial, military, and aerospace. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of experts in RF design, package engineering, and systems integration to develop cutting-edge technology for next-generation digital/RF communication systems.

Essential Duties:

Circuit Board Planning and Design:

• Select appropriate components and connectors for the design.
• Define signal and power requirements for the system.
• Plan the structure and layout of the circuit board.
• Provide necessary mechanical and layout information for the design process.
• Design high-performance circuit boards to meet specified technical requirements.
• high frequency (bandwidths exceeding 40GHz)
• Develop schematics and symbols for circuit components.
• Oversee the board layout and make necessary routing adjustments.
• Work closely with team members to ensure the board meets performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware performance issues during testing.

Required Skills and Experience:

• BS in EE or higher.
• At least 5 years of experience in RF hardware engineering.
• Thorough understanding of board layout techniques.
• Proficiency with Allegro and OrCad software.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and variable workloads effectively.
• US citizenship is required.
