Large GP firm recognized in "Best Law Firms" editions.
The firm represents pharmaceutical companies on the generic side in Hatch-Waxman litigation matters.
The Nationally-ranked and Metropolitan Tier 1 groups include the firm's patent law and patent litigation practices.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience with patent litigation trial, motions, depositions, expert reports, and discovery management is required. Additional requirements include strong writing skills and strong academic credentials with specifically a degree in molecular biology or advanced chemistry degree, to show experience with biotechnology/biologic pharmaceuticals.
