Pay: $75,000/yr - $85,000/yr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in accounting, finance, or a relevant field
• Proven experience as an accountant, ideally in a resort, hospitality, or wellness setting
• Experience with construction budgets is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Agylysis, Acumatica, and Paylocity
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Minimum of three years of related experience in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Understanding of payroll processing and tax regulations
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Job Duties: In the role of Senior Accountant, daily duties will involve recording and organizing financial transactions by accurately posting and preparing journal entries, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and maintaining balanced accounts payable to ensure reliable financial records. You will also prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, according to management deadlines while providing insightful analysis to the General Manager and Controller.
