Your new company:

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with 5-15 years of data center construction experience? HAYS are representing a thriving Real Estate company based in Northern Virginia who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Project Manager to join their team to work as an Owner's Representative. You will be supporting large, global tech firms on the rollout of their data center projects in Northern Virginia.

Your new role:

• You will be working in the capacity of a Senior Project Manager in this position, assigned to a program providing project management services to 1 dedicated client.
• You will be involved in the project from the initial design and conceptualization phase right through to the handover of the project to the client, overseeing all aspects of preconstruction through construction management of the project.
• Critical to your success will be the daily coordination and management of all associated external vendors to the project including the client, 3rd party general contractors, engineering and architecture groups, financing partners and county officials.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Construction Project Manager with a strong background in commercial general contracting or as an owners rep, working on data center or mission critical projects.
• 5+ years of leading projects as a lead Project Manager and had involvement in the full lifecycle of projects.
• You will have the ability to multi-task and collaborate well with all of the internal team including all of the internal team as well as the external vendors such as the GCs, architects and engineers.
• A 4 year, construction related degree is essential.
• Preferred if you have flexibility to travel out of state but this is not essential.

What you'll get in return:

• Excellent base salary of up to $180k depending on your experience as well as the lucrative bonus potential.
• Bonus potential up to 20% of your base salary.
• 401k match with a 4% annual match
• Monthly $400 vehicle allowance
• Flexible, hybrid work environment which will include work from home/remote, on-site at the project site as well as the company HQ.
