LTL Machining, a 100-year-old, family-owned manufacturing company with a reputation for precision and reliability, is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. About the Role:

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and dependable machinist who takes pride in their work. You'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision components in a fast-paced, high-mix environment. We're looking for someone who is not just technically capable, but also reliable, quality-focused, and eager to contribute to a strong team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mill and/or lathe)
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and maintain quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing instructions
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Troubleshoot minor programming or setup issues
• Contribute to process improvement and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or both)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, GD&T, and shop drawings
• Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, and machining best practices
• Experience with tight tolerances and high-quality finish standards
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Familiarity with Exact JobBOSS or similar ERP system is a plus
