The Real Estate Operations Manager will be a key leader within Top Expert Homes, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate investment activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of real estate processes, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for problem-solving. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Operational Leadership: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the real estate investment team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with company goals. • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the overall efficiency of the team. • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. • Transaction Oversight: Oversee the acquisition, management, and disposition of real estate assets, ensuring all transactions are executed with precision and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and company objectives. • Performance Tracking: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of operational initiatives and drive continuous improvement. • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the smooth operation of all real estate activities. • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including acquisitions, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in real estate operations management or a similar role. • Strong understanding of real estate investment processes, including acquisitions, property management, and dispositions. • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. • Proficiency in real estate management software and tools. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • A commitment to ethical conduct and maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
