:

The Marketing Associate – NorCal , is responsible for assisting the Marketing Team with various administrative, sales, and marketing tasks. Ensures Corporate Marketing compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly Team Meeting Report – Responsible to review weekly community notes, contact vendors for maintenance items, work with team on marketing tasks, and follow-up with onsite team on completion of tasks.
  • Site Shine Checklist – Manage monthly site shine checklists for each community. Coordinate with vendors and marketing and onsite teams for completion of tasks.
  • Ryness Report – Work with Marketing Coordinator to confirm accurate weekly sales reporting.
  • DL Approval – Responsible for reviewing invoices daily for accuracy, coding, and approving. Will work with Marketing team on purchase order and check requests. Follow-up as needed on vendor invoice status.
  • Social Media - Attend weekly social media meetings, assist with focus community updates, create new content, help to develop monthly community calendar, and coordinate homeowner photography.
  • Signage – Coordinate with sign vendors on ordering, replacing, and maintenance of onsite and offsite signage for communities. Work with Marketing Director on start-up of a new community.
  • Homeowner Gifts & Trumark Branded Supplies – Manage all ordering of closing gifts and Trumark branded supplies, homeowner and supply logs, storage, and distribution.
  • Business Cards & Name Badges – Set-up orders for all sales and marketing business and name badges for new hires and replacements.
  • Events - Assist with coordination of promotional events for communities. Will have to work the occasional Saturday for events (approx. 5x/year).
  • Marketing File Maintenance – Manage all electronic files ensuring that all collateral, model/sales office plans, sign design/maps, and advertising are stored appropriately. Help to create/archive project files as new communities open/close.
  • Marketing Storage – Responsible to maintain inventory of sales and marketing supplies at local storage facility. Will require pick and delivery of supplies from storage to San Ramon office or community offices.
  • Offsite Field Visits – Ideal to have their own vehicle to deliver supplies up to 25 lbs. to communities.
  • General Tasks – Assist with various Marketing administrative duties as needed.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Associate degree (A.A.) from two-year College or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prefer knowledge working in Adobe Creative Cloud – Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver.
  • Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills.
  • Fluent in Excel and able to do basic formulas, as well as edit spreadsheets.
  • Fluent in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with a variety of priorities and personalities.
  • Can-do attitude and work ethic.
  • Homebuilder and or Real Estate experience a big plus.
  • Problem “solver” and Team Player mentality.
