Job Details

Seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our firm's operations and success. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and the excitement to jump right in!

What you'll be doing:

• Assist in case evaluation and pre-litigation strategy for various cases
• Draft pleadings and motions, and propound and respond to discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Conduct research and provide analysis regarding substantive and procedural law
• Appear in court, arbitration, and mediation
• Advise on transactional matters and prepare related documents
• Perform other associate tasks as assigned by leadership, and championing the firm’s mission, ethics, and values.
