This is a remote position.
Paradigm is searching for an Instructional Designer to support our client a global leader in the legal industry. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to conduct needs assessments identify appropriate learning/training approaches and develop compelling learning activities and course content.
Type: 6 Month Contract
Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must reside in Arizona Washington DC Florida Illinois Kansas Missouri New York North Carolina Ohio Oregon Tennessee Maryland New Jersey South Carolina Virginia or Washington to be considered)

As an Instructional Designer you will:
Create and update digital visual and audio interactive learning/training assets including enduser and process documentation.
Lead or support instructorled trainings with varying audience sizes and complexity.
Evaluate feedback and performance data to improve content effectiveness continuously and delivery.
Foster a collaborative productive learning/training environment that captures the audience s attention to help them meet learning objectives.
Identify opportunities to expand on learning analytics.
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
3 years of instructional design/development or comparative and demonstrable experience
Must have experience with Articulate
Must have experience with Camtasia
Strong project management skills
Proficiency in MS365 and eLearning authoring tools
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
MS Dynamics specifically Project Operations
Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience
Basic knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies
Fundamental understanding of HTML HTML5 SCORM and MV4
