Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, data analytics, computer science, or a related field).
- 8-10 years of proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst in the healthcare industry.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and perform advanced data transformations.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
- Exceptional knowledge of clients' claims, pharmacy, and member files.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating source-to-target mapping documents with appropriate transformations.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, using healthcare language.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, CPT, ICD-10, etc.).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Proficient in statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
