Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for finance and the automotive industry? We're looking for an experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to help customers navigate their financing and protection options while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
About the Role
As an F&I Manager, you'll play a key role in providing customers with financing solutions and protection plans that best suit their needs. You'll work closely with lenders, insurance providers, and the sales team to create a smooth and transparent vehicle-buying experience.
What You'll Do
Meet with customers to discuss financing and insurance options, explaining their choices in a clear and helpful manner.
Work with financial institutions to secure competitive financing terms, including interest rates, loan structures, and payment plans.
Present and explain insurance products, such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and service contracts, tailored to customer needs.
Prepare and process all required paperwork for vehicle sales, financing, and insurance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as dealership policies.
Achieve and exceed individual and dealership sales targets for finance and insurance products.
Keep accurate and organized records of all financial and insurance transactions.
Partner with the sales team to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline the vehicle purchase process.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar finance role within the automotive industry.
Strong negotiation and sales skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly and concisely.
In-depth knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products, and compliance regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software.
Attention to detail and a commitment to financial accuracy and integrity.
