About Us: Rare Bears Fencing (formerly known as Alpine Fencing) is Snohomish County’s highest-rated fencing contractor! We are a rapidly expanding, local company specializing in residential and commercial fencing solutions. With our rebrand, we continue to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and customer service from start to finish. We are looking for sales people that are willing to drive to Homes and Businesses in King/Snohomish county for sales consultations.

We are growing! We're hoping to double our sales this year and focusing heavy on lead generation to achieve these numbers. You can grow with us and reap the benefits!

Position: Sales Professional – Commission Only ( + Bonus opportunities every month!)

Location: King and Snohomish Counties, WA (must have reliable personal vehicle; gas card provided for supplemental travel).

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and coachable sales professional to conduct on-site estimates, present fencing solutions, and close sales for both residential and commercial projects. This role involves managing leads provided by the company as well as seeking out new opportunities through door-to-door prospecting, networking, and other creative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to Residential/commercial properties in Snohomish/King county to conduct on-site estimates with homeowners and commercial clients.
• Present fencing solutions and manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Track and document interactions with homeowners, including their needs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal team members for custom projects.
• Close sales consultation on site, or follow up to ensure high closing percentage
• Follow up with leads and proactively generate new opportunities.
• Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Some sales background, door-to-door, solar, or direct sales preferred, not required.
• Willingness to learn is what we are looking for!
• No Fencing experience? No problem! We will train you!
• Must have a reliable vehicle for commuting throughout King and Snohomish Counties.
• Highly coachable , motivated, and self-driven.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple appointments per day (1-4 daily).
• Flexibility in working hours.

Compensation:

• Commission-only structure with bonus incentives based on production
• First-year earnings estimated between $50,000-$100,000+ (This will depend heavily on closing ratio, we are looking for highly coachable representatives that are willing to put in the time, energy and commitment to the sales process instructed by the sales director!)
• Gas card provided to supplement travel expenses.
• Option to work as W-2 or 1099.
