This position does require schedule flexibility.

• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Uphold the MCHG mission statement by maintaining a positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for guests and coworkers.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bedrooms and bathrooms, according to property and brand standards.
• Clean and maintain public and common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms in a timely and thorough manner.
• Inspect rooms and work areas for safety hazards and proper equipment operation; report maintenance concerns, lost-and-found items, or unusual conditions to leadership.
• Accurately record room status and assignments as required.
• Perform laundry duties, including sorting linens, removing stains, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens according to property standards.
• Perform additional duties as directed by manager and/or supervisor.

Additional Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

$17.00 per hour
