About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Fashion Project Manager to oversee and ensure the seamless execution of all fashion projects, from sales and e-commerce to production, logistics, and customer service. This role is all about tracking and coordinating every aspect of the project, ensuring that all teams—from marketing and ads to website management, production, and customer service—are aligned and meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Project Coordination & Deadline Management:

  • Oversee all timelines: Manage the execution of fashion-related projects, ensuring all deadlines are met for every department, including marketing, e-commerce, production, wholesale, and customer service.
  • Create and maintain schedules: Develop and update detailed project timelines, calendars, and to-do lists for each department, ensuring all milestones are clearly outlined and everyone knows their responsibilities.
  • Track cross-functional progress: Coordinate between teams to ensure timely updates and that all deliverables (from ads to website updates to production milestones) are completed on schedule.
  • Handle changes: Ensure that any changes to timelines, deliverables, or priorities are communicated and managed promptly across all teams.

Marketing, Ads, and E-Commerce Coordination:

  • Track and align marketing efforts: Work closely with the marketing and ads teams to ensure campaigns are running on time and aligned with e-commerce and sales goals.
  • Monitor website updates and performance: Ensure all content updates, promotions, and merchandising strategies are implemented on the website as scheduled.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns and product launches: Manage the timely execution of all digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches, ensuring they are aligned with sales goals.

Wholesale and DTC Coordination:

  • Manage wholesale and DTC timelines: Oversee the production, forecasting, and distribution timelines for both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and wholesale channels, ensuring all projects are on track to meet sales and production goals.
  • Align teams with inventory and order demands: Work with production and logistics to align inventory flow with sales forecasts and ensure products are ready for launches and wholesale orders.
  • Coordinate with wholesale accounts: Ensure that wholesale client orders, line sheets, and product launches are on track, and collaborate with the sales team to meet B2B demands.

Production & Logistics Management:

  • Track production timelines: Ensure that all product manufacturing and delivery schedules are met, with constant tracking of orders, production runs, and shipments.
  • Ensure smooth logistics: Collaborate with logistics teams to guarantee that deliveries and fulfillment operations are executed on time, with clear communication around timelines and expectations.

Customer Service & Operations Management:

  • Track customer service priorities: Work with the customer service team to ensure that any operational issues (returns, exchanges, inquiries) are handled promptly and in line with project timelines.
  • Coordinate with customer service for problem-solving: Ensure that all customer-facing teams are fully aligned on new product drops, promotions, and any changes that may impact customer experience.

File Organization & SOP Management:

  • Maintain file organization: Ensure that all project documentation, from contracts and production timelines to marketing briefs and financial records, is organized and easily accessible.
  • Create and enforce SOPs: Develop, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all project management processes, ensuring that all teams follow streamlined, consistent, and efficient workflows.
  • Manage internal communications: Ensure that all communications related to project updates, deadlines, and priorities are documented and circulated appropriately among all team members.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or sales coordination within the fashion, e-commerce, or luxury industry.
  • Expertise in cross-functional project coordination across marketing, production, logistics, e-commerce, and customer service.
  • Advanced organizational skills: You have an exceptional ability to keep track of multiple projects, timelines, and team responsibilities.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar) and file management systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify) and website analytics to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Proven experience in managing production and logistics timelines for both B2C (direct-to-consumer) and B2B (wholesale) channels.
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising campaigns (digital ads, social media promotions, influencer campaigns) and their alignment with e-commerce and sales goals.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, or similar analytics tools for tracking performance, sales forecasts, and project progress.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate project details and timelines to various teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
