Main Responsibilities Develop email marketing strategies: Develop and optimize email marketing strategies based on the company's market positioning, target customer groups and marketing objectives to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of marketing campaigns. Write marketing email content: Responsible for writing copy for all types of marketing emails, including promotional emails, event invitations, product updates, etc., to ensure that the email content is in line with the brand image and can attract the attention of target customers. Design email templates and layouts: Work closely with the design team to design email templates and layouts that are in line with the brand's style, to enhance the visual presentation of the emails, and to increase users' click-through rate and conversion rate. Manage email sending plan: according to the marketing campaign schedule, make email sending plan, ensure the emails are sent on time, and deal with problems in the process of sending in a timely manner. Data analysis and optimization: Regularly analyze the data of email marketing campaigns, including open rate, click rate, conversion rate, etc. Adjust the marketing strategy according to the data analysis results and optimize the content and timing of sending emails. Customer Relationship Maintenance: Understand customer needs through email interaction, establish and maintain good customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
