Marketing Project Manager : San Diego (2 days a week in office)

About Our Client:
Fast-growing DTC e-commerce company specializing in premium apparel.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead product launches and marketing campaigns from concept to execution
• Manage cross-functional project timelines and deliverables
• Own creative asset production process, including photoshoot logistics
• Coordinate between marketing, product, and operations teams
• Oversee creative asset requests and prioritization

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in marketing/e-commerce or DTC brand
• Open to someone coming from the agency side
• Experience building and executing project plans, scope, schedule, and deliverables into action
• Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools like Asana
• Experience with marketing photoshoots and e-commerce operations (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities
