Job Description

Marketing Project Manager : San Diego (2 days a week in office)

About Our Client:
Fast-growing DTC e-commerce company specializing in premium apparel.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead product launches and marketing campaigns from concept to execution
Manage cross-functional project timelines and deliverables
Own creative asset production process, including photoshoot logistics
Coordinate between marketing, product, and operations teams
Oversee creative asset requests and prioritization

Requirements:

1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in marketing/e-commerce or DTC brand
Open to someone coming from the agency side
Experience building and executing project plans, scope, schedule, and deliverables into action
Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools like Asana
Experience with marketing photoshoots and e-commerce operations (preferred)
Detail-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities
