Job Description
Job Title: FullTime Controller
Location: Middletown PA
Key Responsibilities: Overseeing financial operations preparing financial reports conducting analyses maintaining documentation supporting strategic planning identifying process improvements reviewing and measuring financial performance managing accounting functions overseeing cash flow and banking relationships supporting annual audits filing taxes and overseeing new software integration.
Required Qualifications: 5 years of progressive accounting experience advanced knowledge of software such as QuickBooks Sage 300 or Procore proficiency with financial modeling tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field CPA certification or another relevant license experience in the construction industry or with projectbased accounting supervisory experience strong understanding of job costing project accounting and construction financial reporting.
Working Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm.
