Job Opportunity: Superintendent – Multifamily Construction
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Salary: $100,000 - $135,000
We’re partnering with a well-established General Contractor based in Atlanta, Georgia, known for delivering high-quality multifamily construction projects across the region. They are actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the successful execution of large-scale, ground-up multifamily developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site operations for multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with a high standard of quality
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Uphold safety standards and enforce compliance with OSHA and company protocols
- Track project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks, taking proactive measures to resolve issues
- Maintain clear, professional communication with project stakeholders, including developers, architects, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a Superintendent on multifamily construction projects (ground-up experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on management style
- Proficient with construction management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred) and deep understanding of jobsite safety practices
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
