Position OverviewThe Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical services, promoting team cohesion, and facilitating the professional growth of team members. The role requires strong skills in organizing, directing, and motivating a team to achieve shared goals and consistently produce high-quality work. A strong emphasis is placed on creating a supportive and appreciative work culture where every team member feels valued and recognized. The Clinical Manager reports directly to the Chief Behavior Analyst and collaborates closely with the Director of Clinical Operations.
Location: Lakewood, NJSalary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 USD/Annually

The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
