What We Offer Competitive Salary: $85,000–$130,000 DOE Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, 401(k) Environment: Supportive, collaborative, family-focused culture Stability: Long-term role with consistent, year-round workflow Exposure: Broad client base — no repetitive factory-style work Your Role Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns Lead client tax interviews and deliver expert guidance Manage payroll tax compliance and reconciliation Communicate with the IRS, FTB, EDD, and clients Maintain organized workpapers and ensure compliance with evolving tax laws Build and maintain long-term client relationships Who We’re Looking For We are intentionally selective.
