Summary

We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a fully remote position. This role is integral to delivering exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. You will play a critical role in supporting customers and team members, contributing to operational efficiency and success in a fast-paced virtual environment. Your role in our mission

In this role, you will:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
  • Research customer concerns thoroughly to provide accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Record customer interactions, process requests, and update account histories with detailed documentation.
  • Perform data entry tasks, verifying and updating account information for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve service issues efficiently.
  • Recommend workflow or procedural improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician with:

  • Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification by the start date.
  • A minimum of four years of customer service or telephone support experience .
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer concerns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Familiarity with help desk software, fax machines, and telephone systems.
  • The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.

The pay range for this position is $33,500.00 - $47,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
