Unarmed Security Officer
Immediate Hiring in SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AT A BEAUTIFUL NEW BEAUTIFUL RANCH TYPE SHOPPING CENTER
Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Alert violators of premises rules and regulations.
- Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
- Monitor the comings and goings of participants at the center.
- Perform routine property patrols to ensure safety.
- Open/close and monitor gates for authorized personnel.
Qualifications:
- Valid BSIS Guard Card.
- Strong attention to detail and security awareness.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in using smartphones.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Positive attitude, approachable, and friendly demeanor with customer service attitude
- Compassionate, yet firm enough to set boundaries.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Must be available for overtime as needed.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Must be available to start immediately!
