Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate & Transaction Coordination

* Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
* Prepare and send necessary documents for signatures (using DocuSign or similar)
* Coordinate with buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, and inspectors
* Track deadlines and ensure all contractual obligations are met
* Maintain organized transaction records in CRM

Social Media Management

* Create, schedule, and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
* Develop branding materials and marketing graphics using Canva or similar tools
* Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
* Analyze social media insights and suggest growth strategies
* Help build and manage email marketing campaigns

Virtual Assistant Tasks

* Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders
* Organize and maintain digital files
* Conduct market research and gather property data
* Assist with lead generation and CRM updates
* Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat

Requirements:

* Proven experience in real estate support, preferably as a transaction coordinator or VA
* Knowledge of real estate platforms (MLS, Dotloop, Skyslope, etc.)
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Social media savvy with experience in content creation
* Proficient in tools like Canva, Trello, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
* Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

* Experience working with US-based real estate teams
* Knowledge of real estate laws/processes in the U.S.
* Basic video editing or Reels creation skills
