Be part of something new and exciting!  OZone Bar and Grill is the fourth brick-and-mortar restaurant from the  Kelly O’s Diner group — a twice nationally featured, privately owned and operated Pittsburgh favorite.

Opened in April, OZone serves an American-style menu with a focus on local ingredients, craft cocktails, and top-tier service. We’re seeking a  skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to help grow our newest location in  Warrendale, PA . 

Job Summary

We are seeking a  professional and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, engaging guests, and maintaining an organized and efficient bar environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will be key to your success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and guest preferences
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming, enjoyable guest experience
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and accurate cash handling
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and placing bar orders
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Assist with event or banquet service when needed

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience required (1+ years preferred)
• Must be able to have a flexible schedule with availability 
• Strong mixology skills and knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for accurate cash handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• TIPS or RAMP certification preferred
• Reliable transportation to our  Warrendale, PA location

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3.00/hour + tips (Bartenders average $25/hour with tips)
Expected hours: 16–45 per week
