What You'll Do:
Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online leads.
Conduct personalized needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance policies.
Educate clients on different policy options, explaining features, benefits, and costs in a clear and transparent way.
Work with underwriters and insurance carriers to process applications and facilitate policy issuance.
Provide ongoing support to clients, answering questions and helping them make informed decisions.
Keep track of sales activities and client interactions using a CRM system.
Stay up to date on industry trends and new insurance products.
Consistently strive to meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks.
