Looking for a 2nd shift supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate would have at least one year of supervisory experience with experience in inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and team building.
Job duties include supervising warehouse staff, overseeing shipping/receiving and inventory control, forklift training, team coaching and development, labor management, safety compliance, and building/maintaining customer relationships.
Must be able to work 2nd shift and be available for weekends and overtime as needed. Looking for someone with exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop employees and foster a collaborative team environment. Skilled in the use of computers and inventory management practices is preferred.
