Job Title: Warehouse Production Staff

Shifts Available: 2nd Shift (3:30pm to midnight)

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Production Manager

Position Overview:

We are hiring Warehouse Production Staff Members for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This hands-on role involves working in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to accurately measure are critical. Team members will be responsible for various tasks involving the handling and processing of glass products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use tape measures and other tools to ensure accurate cuts and dimensions
• Assist in glass cutting, sorting, packaging, and order preparation
• Maintain the organization of materials and finished products
• Perform quality checks with high attention to detail
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Keep the work area clean and free of hazards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to lift 80–100 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and work on foot for 4–5 hours at a time
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to work assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
• English & Spanish preferred

Compensation: $16-21 / per hour
