Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our creative team. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality video content that effectively communicates brand messaging and supports marketing, corporate, and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with creative insight and demonstrates the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a structured professional environment.

Key Responsibilities;

Edit and produce professional video content from concept through final delivery

Review scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs to ensure accurate execution

Apply advanced editing techniques including transitions, visual effects, motion graphics, color correction, and audio optimization

Ensure all video deliverables meet brand guidelines, technical standards, and quality expectations

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align content with strategic goals

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Maintain organized project files, media libraries, and version control

Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in video production

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in video editing and post-production workflows

Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve

Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition

Skills in color correction, basic color grading, and audio editing

Ability to interpret creative direction and translate it into effective visual content

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under deadlines

Qualifications:

Proven professional experience as a Video Editor or in a related role

Familiarity with video formats, codecs, resolutions, and export settings

Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Motion graphics and animation skills

Knowledge of sound design and visual effects

Experience creating content for social media, marketing, or corporate platforms

Degree or certification in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
