Proven track record of managing operations teams across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process piping trades. Leadership & People Management Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Ability to build and develop teams, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth. Safety & Compliance Strong focus on promoting safety culture. Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Operational Oversight Proven ability to manage and improve operational delivery, including tracking KPIs and driving productivity. Experience with Lean Construction principles. Financial Acumen Deep understanding of business financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ability to analyze financial data and align operations with business financial goals. Communication Skills Exceptional communication skills (oral and written). Experience building relationships with vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. Ability to flex between strategic planning and tactical execution. Adaptability & Resilience Ability to manage changing priorities, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
