What It Takes to Join Our Team

• Current/recent experience as an Automotive Service Technician, Production Tech, or Flat-Rate Tech
• Lincoln or Ford experience preferred (but not required); ASE certifications a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. routinely
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong professional references and ability to pass a background check
