At ZIZO, we know that creating a beloved product is like solving a sophisticated puzzle — and every piece counts. We’re on the hunt for a talented UX/UI Designer to seamlessly integrate our established Design System with the dynamic evolution of our product offerings.

Your mission will be to convert strategic visions into intuitive, user-centric designs that not only resonate with but truly enhance our users' interactions. In this role, your designs become the heartbeat of user experience, pivotal in bringing clarity and engagement to the user journey.

• Synthesize Vision and Design : Merge our current Design System with the overarching product vision to create cohesive and forward-thinking designs.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work with sales, marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams to transform ideas and feedback into polished, functional design elements.
• From Sketch to Reality : Partner with developers to bring your designs to life, learning the nuances of technical constraints and possibilities along the way.
• User-Centric Innovation : Refine and adapt UX practices, creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that solve real user challenges.
• Shape Our Design Language : Contribute to and evolve our Design System, ensuring consistency across platforms and products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing intuitive, development-ready designs.

• Proficiency in Figma and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable interfaces.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple teams.

• Dependable, self-managed, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive without micromanagement.

• Comfortable working across two main time zones (GMT-4 and GMT+3).

• Ability to prioritize efficacy of design over personal attachment, valuing iterations that truly meet user needs.

• Experience with 3D design tools is highly valued, as we aim to elevate our existing 3D elements.
