This role emphasizes client counseling, drafting, and implementing estate planning strategies for a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals and families with special needs. This associate will work closely with experienced partners whose practices blend technical skills with compassion.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in estate planning who is looking to gain greater responsibility and client contact. The associate will handle the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, various types of trusts, Medicaid applications, and asset protection strategies.
