Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician
Location: Burlington, MA
Shift Type: 8x5 Days
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

 

Job Description:  

• Decontaminate and sterilize surgical instruments and trays using autoclaves and other sterilization systems.
• Inspect instruments for cleanliness and function; assemble instrument sets accurately.
• Maintain inventory of sterile supplies and instruments; monitor expiration dates and restock as needed.
• Operate sterilization equipment including washers, autoclaves, and ultrasonic cleaners.
• Ensure all documentation and sterilization records are completed and accurate.
• Follow AAMI, OSHA, and hospital infection control standards and procedures.
• Support surgical teams by delivering sterile trays and supplies promptly.
  
   

Qualifications:

 

• CRCST/CBSPD
• BLS
  
   

Additional Requirements:

 

Minimum 3 years of experience
